Mr. Swauger is the founding partner and managing director of Nationwide Ventures LLP. 

In 1994, Mr. Swauger founded PageNet Hawaii, which was acquired by Paging Network, Inc. (PAGE) in 1997. In 1998,  Mr. Swauger acquired an equity stake in the southern California based incubator Engram Digital Inc. At Engram, he founded the RealtyOnline Network, which has become one of the largest real estate multiple listing service portals in the world with over two million properties online and is the Lycos back-end search engine for real estate. Gomez ranked the search engine in their "webs top ten portals".

In 2002, Mr. Swauger acquired some assets of RealtyOnline and launched SellBuyMove.com, Inc. a company billed as "the entire home selling and buying process online".

His other successful companies include Need2Buy.com, Efinity (now RiverOne), Prosperity Software (PSWI), BornToMe.com, GoWireless.net, SmartApply.com, PaidCard.net, eFilmMarket, Blink 101, Quick & Easy Software Inc, Star E Media, Inc. (STRE), the Mortgage Network and IndirectSales.com.

Kurt has strong relationships in capital formation, legal, development, entertainment, market and product implementation, and management. He is skilled in managing multiple operational functions and is an expert problem solver with years of successful performance in senior level management, sales management, e-commerce deployment, and corporate operations with an emphasis on new market launches, e-commerce positioning, competitive and market assessments, acquisition valuation, corporate presentation, as well as operations, sales and new business development. He has over fifteen years of experience developing an extensive knowledge of telecommunications, wireless communication, web strategy, and e-commerce development. He has solid experience in taking an idea from concept to funding, public launch, site deployment, and public market -- with his clarity of vision and leadership into the highly competitive technology and Internet environments.

Kurt sits on the boards of the Tech Coast Angeles, Internet Solutions Group, Inc., SellBuyMove.com, BornToMe.com, Inc., IndirectSales.com, Inc., Unified Dispatch, Inc. and SmartApply.com, Inc. Kurt graduated with a BS degree in Economics and Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
